In 2014 Mattia Maurée finished grad school for music composition, realized they needed to go no-contact with their parents, and was breaking up with the person they thought was the love of my life. They were burned out and barely had the energy to do anything except play their favorite phone game.
Ten years later, their life looks very different, and they’re passionate about helping other AuDHD-ers speed up that process through self-knowledge, feeling better first, and supportive community.
