My neuro-affirming counselling service supports Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, Neurodivergent, Queer and Neuroqueer adults (18+ years).

I create a safe space to explore your identity, unmask, process, and celebrate your unique neurodivergent experience through a neurodivergent and neuro-affirming lens.

  • 55-minute online sessions
  • Available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (9:30 AM – 2:30 PM)
  • Support person or whānau member welcome
  • Flexible session frequency based on your need

My Approach

A Safe Space to Be Yourself

As a neurodivergent and queer-identifying counsellor and arts therapist, I ground my practice in the neurodiversity paradigm.

In our sessions:

  • No expectations of eye contact or small talk
  • Fidgeting and stimming are encouraged for regulation
  • Multiple forms of expression welcome (verbal, visual art, drawing, text)
  • Your sensory, energy, and communication needs are prioritised
  • Your passions and interests are valued and incorporated

Cost

  • Sessions: $200 (incl. GST) for 55 minutes online
