For Neurodivergent Professionals
A dedicated space for neurodivergent-identifying professionals to explore their practice as neurodivergent practitioners through a neuro-affirming lens.
Grounded in the neurodiversity paradigm, these small group sessions offer:
- A safe and neurodivergent affirming space to reflect on our practice
- Collaborative exploration of the unique challenges and needs of being a neurodivergent practitioner
- Deepening our neurodivergent self-awareness
- Exploration of sustainable practice
- Creative reflective activities
- Exploration of strategies and workplace accommodations
- Empowering confidence in self-advocacy

For Neuro-Affirming Practitioners
These sessions support the development of neurodivergent-affirming practice in a collaborative learning environment for all neurotypes.
The group focuses on:
- Understanding neuro-affirming principles
- Sharing experiences with fellow practitioners
- Developing affirming approaches for supporting neurodivergent clients
- Building confidence in inclusive practice

- 6-week programme

Arts-Based Supervision
Instead of relying solely on verbal processing, arts-based supervision encourages supervisees to explore their thoughts, feelings, experiences and questions through creative expression.
An arts-based approach can be part of both individual and group supervision options.
Arts-based supervision:
- Encourages exploration of thoughts, feelings, and experiences through creative outlets rather than just verbal processing.
- Allows supervisees to bring their own or clients’ creative expressions into the session for deeper reflection on unconscious dynamics and complex issues.
- May involve drawing, painting, sculpting, writing, or movement to gain insight into personal and professional experiences.
Engaging in artistic expression enhances self-awareness, creativity, and problem-solving skills, offering a holistic approach to supervision.
