Neuro-Affirming Parent Support
Compassionate support to empower parents navigating the journey of raising Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, PDA, and Neurodivergent children and young people.
Overview
I provide practical, neuro-affirming and time-limited support to help families thrive.
In one-hour, online sessions, I guide you in understanding your neurodivergent child’s strengths and needs while developing strategies to reduce distress and overwhelm.
My goal is to empower you to support and advocate for your child confidently.
The work we do focuses on meeting needs, reducing distress, strengthening relationships, supporting co-regulation, accessing resources, enhancing self-advocacy, and improving well-being for both you and your neurodivergent children.

Lived-Experience Informed
As a neurodivergent individual, professional and parent, I draw on my lived experience and 20 years of professional practice working with parents. I understand the challenges of raising kids in a neurotypical world, where their behaviours are often misunderstood and parents are unfairly blamed.
I prioritise practical, realistic strategies that fit into the busyness of family life.
My approach combines personal insight with professional expertise, providing empathetic support that genuinely respects and values the experiences of neurodivergent parents.
